Shipping
PEAR ships from Australia.
Australian and international shipping options will be available at checkout, with shipping costs calculated based on your location and order size.
Once your order has been packed and sent, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.
International customers: Depending on your country, your order may be subject to local taxes or import charges. Any applicable charges are determined by your local customs authority and aren’t included in PEAR’s shipping rate.
Returns
We hope you love your PEAR order, but if something isn’t right, please get in touch.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help organise a replacement or refund where appropriate.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in original condition and returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of items that have been used.
